This comfortable apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering the ideal setup for families, couples, or friends.
The master bedroom includes a Queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a refreshing shower.
The second bedroom offers one Full-size bed and one Twin-size bed, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements, and has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo — great for relaxing after a day at the parks. Both bedrooms include Smarts TVs with Cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a two-burner cooktop (no oven), microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and all the cookware, utensils, and dishware you need to prepare meals comfortably during your stay. For added convenience, washer and dryer facilities are located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the same building. Each laundry cycle costs $2.50. You’ll also enjoy free parking right outside the building, plus access to ice machines and vending machines available in every tower. This apartment offers everything you need for a practical, relaxing, and memorable stay in Orlando!

We've stayed at a few different Orlando area locations over the years, this is by far our family favorite. The condo was so spacious and incredibly well maintained. we were traveling as a group of 7 and we had more than enough space to hang out, sleep comfortably, make meals etc. The property amenities were by far the biggest plus, the location of the pool was right across the parking lot and it was AWESOME! We didn't even bother checking out the other pool because we were so satisfied with the fun to be had outside the door. We spent multiple days just basking in the sun and splashing around. We did not have a rental and easily were able to walk to grab food and groceries and we ubered easily to all of the fun hot spots. Lastly the hosts were great about checking in and responding to any questions we had. 10/10 will stay again.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful and incredibly convenient—just steps from the pool and the poolside bar, which made it feel like a true vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hosts were absolutely amazing—going above and beyond to make all of our requests possible. Having a full kitchen was a huge bonus, especially during a busy tournament week. Location couldn’t have been better—Publix, coffee shops, and great restaurants were all just around the corner. The Orange County Convention Center was super close, making this the perfect spot for anyone in town for AAU Nationals. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here!

This unit was perfect. The unit was spotless, great location, plenty of pool towels and complimentary detergent (which was very helpful), it’s all in the details. I frequent this gated community and this was my fav unit I’ve stayed in. Seamless check in .

We really enjoyed staying at Etienne & Gustavo's place. We had a last-minute booking and the hosts were very responsive and helped us to check-in promptly. The condo was clean and spacious with large bathrooms, a balcony that overlooked the lake behind the condos, and is very close proximity to the pool. Getting to the parks in the morning was extremely easy and only took ~15 minutes depending on traffic. We loved being able to walk to Publix and enjoyed several of the restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend Etienne & Gustavo's place if you are visiting the parks and also want to have a very nice pool for the evenings / days off from the parks. We'll definitely be back in the future! Thanks, again!
