I liked everything about my stay. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was four adults and the space was very accommodating. Large bathrooms. The host was very responsive in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend. 10/10 Will book again for my next trip to Orlando.

This was a great place for a quick trip to Universal for 2 days after a cruise. It was in a great location to the parks, food, and a quick minute to Target or Walmart. We used Uber to get to/from parks and it cost less than it would to pay for parking which was nice. M&M were great hosts and very informative.

Had a great time in Orlando and there is plenty to do nearby including the pirate adventure dinner right across the street. Host was very helpful and the place was clean. Easy to check in and neighborhood felt safe. Would stay here again especially since we had a fridge and stove and dishes and a dishwasher and microwave. Host was responsive and clear and easy check in and out instructions.

Etienne & Gustavo are exceptional hosts! The condo in Orlando was spotless, exactly as pictured, and the space was perfect—ideal for relaxing after long days. Communication was top-notch, and they kindly allowed a late checkout when we needed it. True 5-star hospitality—highly recommend! 🌟

The place was amazing! For such a compact place, it had enough amenities for me to live comfortably and feel like I was in a home. There were clear instructions before and after my stay! If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable, with enough amenities, while knowing you are not staying in the rental for most of your stay, this place is fantastic.

excelente lugar! Súper cerca de universal y distintas áreas para hacer compras. Hay varios restaurantes cerca. El lugar es súper silencioso para descansar. Nos quedamos 5 noches y definitivamente volveríamos.

Localização ótima, pertinho da Universal e do outlet. Cozinha completa com todos os utensílios necessários para preparar uma boa refeição no próprio quarto. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, vista linda da piscina e do lago. O Gustavo e Etienne foram super solícitos e flexíveis tanto no checkin quanto checkout, me ajudaram muito. A jacuzzi do hotel é maravilhosa. O apartamento estava bem limpo e contava com toalhas de banho e de piscina, cobertores extras, papel higiênico e itens básicos de cozinha como sal, detergente, buchinha. Adorei, com certeza ficaria novamente. Gostei de tudo, e os hostess estavam a disposição para qualquer necessidade.

Etienne & Gustavo’s places is absolutely perfect! It’s a cozy two bedroom that comes with everything you need. It’s super clean and inviting and you feel like you’re in your own home. The bedrooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom. The rooms are across from each other with the kitchen and living room separating both rooms. There’s a balcony in the living room which is perfect in the mornings to sit out in with a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sun. The master bedroom has a huge king size bed while the second bedroom has two full/twin size beds which is perfect. It’s right on I Drive and close to everything. You can literally walk to so many restaurants and pharmacies. You have access to both pools and indoor pool and jacuzzis. There was also a gym which was a huge plus. Overall, we loved it here and would definitely stay again!!

This place was great for a quick 3 person stay. If you're going to Universal, it was super close to the parks ($5-$10 Uber ride) and pretty close to plenty of places to eat. Exactly what we needed!
